The Committee
The Committee are the officers who serve and run the Kith.
Their job is to
make sure that the Kith keeps running smoothly, and to take day
to day decisions affecting the Kith on a one-head one-vote
basis.
We have a policy of open administration, so each Committee member
makes regular reports to the membership, and we encourage feedback on
how well (or badly) we're doing.
The posts which
currently make up the Committee membership are as follows:
The Secretary - Andrew and Charlotte Pardy (jointly).
The secretary's job is to organise
membership, and to ensure that all members receive the full rights of
membership.
The Treasurer - Alan Nash. Responsible for handling the finances of the
Kith - including handling membership fees and contributions, as well
as managing the budgets and expenses.
Journal Editor - Ian Haygreen. Collates, edits and
publishes "Sunwheel", the Kith's official journal. The Editor is
your point of contact if you have something to say to the membership,
since the journal is often the best place to do it. As a gathering
point for all your thoughts and pearls of wisdom, "Sunwheel"
also promotes ideas that are in keeping with our Goals and
Remit.
